Our biggest
Spartanburg County job right now is a public road crossing, where we are replacing an aging 72-inch pipe with an 80-foot precast box culvert. Closer to town, we have dug out and repaired an underground pipe in a residential street, and graded a residential lot with a new storm inlet, inlet protection and seeded slopes. See the
Spartanburg box culvert project.
A lot of Spartanburg County work crosses creeks and road drainage, which means keeping water moving while the work gets done. On the box culvert job we pumped the creek around the work area. On smaller jobs we use silt fence, inlet protection and quick seeding to keep mud out of the storm system.
