Simpsonville,
Five Forks,
Mauldin and
Fountain Inn are part of our regular Greenville County service area. Close by, we cleared and graded townhome lots
off Parkins Mill Road in Greenville, taking out hazard trees in tight quarters under the City Arborist's guidance. In south Greenville County we cleared a wooded lot with an excavator and track loader. In
Gray Court, just past Fountain Inn, we installed storm pipe, catch basins and inlets on a commercial site and
rehabbed its stormwater pond.
Simpsonville and Five Forks have filled in with subdivisions, so a lot of the work here is infill lots, backyard drainage fixes and HOA detention ponds that need clearing or outlet repair. Lots are often tight, with fences, houses and utilities close by, so we use compact equipment and forestry mulching where a big dozer would tear up too much ground. Fountain Inn sits on the Greenville and Laurens county line, so permit and stormwater rules depend on which side your property is on.
