Recent Greer Job: RV Park Expansion
At an RV park expansion in Greer, our crew graded 22 RV pads with 40-foot shelf cuts into the hillside, cut a 634-foot loop road 20 feet wide, and spread the stone base. We also installed 133 feet of 18-inch HDPE storm drain, placed riprap at the stormwater pond and pipe outlets, and shaped the swales so the new pads drain to the pond instead of across the site.
Working in Greer
Greer sits on the Greenville and Spartanburg county line, so permits and stormwater rules depend on which side of the line your property falls. Much of the ground here is red clay that turns slick and soft when it gets wet. We plan grading around the weather, keep construction entrances stoned, and get disturbed ground seeded or stabilized quickly.
